Jet Lag
Definition:
Jet lag is oftentimes described as the disturbance of the sleeping cycles and wake cycles of the body, due to the traveling through different time zones.
Symptoms:
The symptoms of jet lag are usually the following: difficulties in falling asleep in the new time zone, sleepiness during the day, poor concentration, and fatigue. These symptoms usually depends upon the individual, however, the adjustment usually takes about one day or so.
